Position Summary:
The IT Assistant Director will play a crucial role in supporting the church’s IT needs, with a focus on RockRMS administration, web design, and staff training. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing IT systems and providing help desk support to both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

• RockRMS Administration and Web Designer:
  • Assist the Communications Team in web design and management.
  • Administrate RockRMS, ensuring the system is optimized for church operations.
• Staff Support and Training:
  • Provide ongoing support and training for church staff in IT systems, including Microsoft 365.
  • Train internal end users on various technologies and systems.
• IT Systems Maintenance:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
  • Provide Help Desk support to ensure smooth operations for both internal and external users.
• General Duties:
  • Honor all aspects of Staff Commitment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of database management (RockRMS preferred) and web design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and IT systems management.
• Experience in staff training and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
