Deepen Groups: Addiction & Codependence

Unhealthy habits and mindsets can dictate the way we respond to life and relationships. But when you identify the roots of your struggles, you can break free from your addictions and unhealthy patterns and walk in freedom and grace!

During this 14-session group experience, you’ll:

  • Discover the faulty ways of thinking and coping that emerged from your past experiences, as well as how they continue to impact your current behaviors and relationships.
  • Diffuse the emotional strongholds of anger, rejection, fear, and shame by unearthing the hidden and unaddressed feelings behind them.
  • Experience a deeper understanding of forgiveness that is powerful and healing.
  • Begin to find your identity and purpose through this step-by-step, God-focused, recovery study.

Homework: Your personal work outside of group time is key to finding freedom and healing. Homework includes watching a 30- to 50-minute video, reading the material, and completing the application points.

Due to the sequence of content and the engagement required, we encourage participants in this group to miss no more than three sessions.

Addiction & Codependence meets on Monday evenings for 14 sessions and costs $20 per person. Scholarships are available.
